All roasts are accompanied with garlic buttered green beans, red wine and balsamic braised purple cabbage, whole roasted ‘orange scented’ carrots, roasted butternut mash, garlic and rosemary roast potatoes, garlic creamed leeks, homemade yorkshire pudding and ‘7 day’ stock gravy, or vegetarian red wine and sage gravy.
